Things I wish I would have known when I first started my journey in photography

• I wish I'd known - to stay true to what you love to do and 'hang in there' when getting started. I was told by some photographers that what I wanted to do - travel and nature photography - was too small a niche and that I'd never survive. That lead me a little astray initially, about 5 years, but I got back on track and here I am to prove them wrong!
